Orders & Returns
How do I place an Order?
You place an order by checking out your cart. If you are logged already, just check if your shipping address is the good one. If you don’t have any account with us, you will have to create one. After paying with your credit card or your Paypal account, the order is placed and we will prepare the shipment.
Please note any backorder will take 1 to 3 months to be done. You will receive a personal email as soon as the Pua Kumbu will be finished and sent.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
You can’t cancel or change your order once it will be validated. Please be careful before checking out.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once the shipping will be done, we will send you a tracking number in order for you to follow it.
Can I Return a Product?
No product can be returned.
